Case Study - FOUR HILLS TOURNAMENT | 2020/21

CHALLENGE: The Four Hills Tournament is one of the most traditional and famous sport events in Germany and Austria. In its 69th edition, the winter sports highlight had to take place without spectators for the first time due to the effects of the corona pandemic. Accordingly, the challenge was to take the fans on a journey through the event by the reporting on social media.

SOLUTION

Our reporter Aga played a special role. She took the fans behind the scenes on Facebook and Instagram with short videos, spoke to jumpers and announced the latest news. As a special highlight, the moderation was carried out in German and in Polish, which made the many Polish fans feel involved and provided positive feedback.

In addition to moderation, our two employees ensured extensive communication in the social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) at all four locations, so that the fans could also be a part of this special 69th Four Hills tournament. In addition, other employees from remote office were on duty to ensure smooth website maintenance and to support the colleagues on site if necessary.
